Building the organisation behind the approval — manuals, procedures, safety management and the application itself.
A pilot licence qualifies a person. An operator certificate approves an organisation, and that is a much larger undertaking: documented procedures, a safety management system, an accountable person, record systems and a manual that describes how you actually work.
Most applications fail or stall not because the operator is unsafe, but because the documentation does not demonstrate anything. An authority can only assess what you have written down.
This program builds that documentation with you, rather than handing you a template to fill in. A generic operations manual is obvious to an inspector on the first read.
Tell us what you want to be able to do and we'll tell you which course gets you there — or that you don't need one.
